Responsibilities

1. GDS Proficiency:

Utilize Global Distribution Systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to book, issue, and modify airline tickets.
Interpret and apply complex fare rules, ticketing procedures, and airline regulations.
Resolve GDS-related issues and errors efficiently.

2. Web Ticketing Expertise:

Manage and update online booking platforms and websites.
Process online bookings, payments, and cancellations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to online ticketing.

3. Customer Service:

Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing suitable solutions.
Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolutions.

4. Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of bookings, ticket details, and customer interactions.
Generate reports on sales, revenue, and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and ticketing regulations.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Certification: Relevant certifications in travel, tourism, or the aviation industry are advantageous.
