Zellbury is seeking a full-time on-site Chat Support Specialist in Karāchi. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service via our online Chat (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Calls, and Email platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts-
