Zellbury is seeking a full-time on-site Chat Support Specialist in Karāchi. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service via our online Chat (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Calls, and Email platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts-

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or B.Com or a related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service, specifically with a chat support function
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and gazette holidays, if necessary
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Magento

Pay Scale: 35000 based on experience + commission & incentives.
