We are seeking a talented Customer Support Representative who can resolve our customer’s query 

Promptly Via (Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls, & Email Support).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person, ensuring a prompt and effective response.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are fully met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and changes in services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Candidates MUST be quick learners and have good English communication skills both written & spoken.
  • Candidate also has good command of internet surfing & Microsoft Office.
  • A handsome salary will be given to selected candidates.
  • Fresh candidates can also apply if they have a good command of English.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • 6 Days a week (Saturday to Thursday)
