Product Sourcing: Work with the team to Identify reliable and cost-effective suppliers, manufacturers, or wholesalers for the selected products.
Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the team to execute marketing strategies, including running promotions, managing sponsored ads, and optimizing product visibility on Amazon.
Data Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics related to seller accounts and product performance. Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
Seller Account Management: Ensure that the team maintain seller accounts in compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines. Take corrective actions for any violations or issues.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to review the work of the team for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to Amazon's standards.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within the team. Implement best practices to enhance productivity and overall efficiency.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on the performance to senior management. Highlight achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Bachelor's degree. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in project management, e-commerce, Amazon seller support, or virtual assistant management.
• Deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace and familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team.
