Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, adhering to health and sanitation guidelines.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to optimize food and beverage costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, such as promotions, menu changes, and upselling techniques.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to enhance the restaurant's offerings and competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, preferably in a high-volume Fine dining establishment.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a hands-on approach to resolving operational issues.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant management best practices, including food handling, inventory management, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
  • Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
