Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, adhering to health and sanitation guidelines.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to optimize food and beverage costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, such as promotions, menu changes, and upselling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to enhance the restaurant's offerings and competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, preferably in a high-volume Fine dining establishment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a hands-on approach to resolving operational issues.
- Solid understanding of restaurant management best practices, including food handling, inventory management, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
