Responsibilities

Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with clients to identify needs and expectations.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for application development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement application solutions.
Oversee a team of four, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure high-quality standards are maintained in project deliverables and client communications.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather additional information as necessary.
Develop and document processes for requirement gathering and application deployment.
Facilitate training sessions for clients to ensure effective application use and user satisfaction.
Analyze project outcomes and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise during implementation.
