SOFCOM is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Application Consultant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with clients to identify needs and expectations.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for application development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement application solutions.
- Oversee a team of four, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained in project deliverables and client communications.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather additional information as necessary.
- Develop and document processes for requirement gathering and application deployment.
- Facilitate training sessions for clients to ensure effective application use and user satisfaction.
- Analyze project outcomes and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise during implementation.
