Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Set clear sales objectives and provide coaching for goal achievement.
- Foster a positive team environment to maximize productivity.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share.
- Analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries professionally.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Track sales metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Prepare reports highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations in all transactions.
- Oversee accurate execution of sales contracts and agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in Architecture, Interior design, or Furniture industry.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: 40,000 PKR to 75,000 PKR (Base + Incentives)
