Social Media Manager

A fast-growing fashion company is looking for a detail-oriented and creative social media manager to join our team. In this role, They will develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with our customers across multiple channels.

Some of the key responsibilities for this position include:

Developing and managing a social media content calendar, including planning, scheduling, and publishing posts across multiple social media platforms
Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and engagement, and responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
Responding to customer queries through email and calls.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
Analyzing social media metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve the effectiveness of our social media presence.
Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to our social media strategy

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a passion for fashion, be highly organized, and detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Required Skills:

Good aesthetic & design sense
Passionate about fashion & Clothing
Basic Graphic design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Strong communication skill’s in English and Urdu.

Tech Savvy.

Nice To Have:

A Degree in either Media Science, Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Designing, or a related field is not required but is nice to have.
Video editing
Prior experience as a designer or social media manager.
