A fast-growing fashion company is looking for a detail-oriented and creative social media manager to join our team. In this role, They will develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with our customers across multiple channels.
Some of the key responsibilities for this position include:
- Developing and managing a social media content calendar, including planning, scheduling, and publishing posts across multiple social media platforms
- Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and engagement, and responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Responding to customer queries through email and calls.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Analyzing social media metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve the effectiveness of our social media presence.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to our social media strategy
To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a passion for fashion, be highly organized, and detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Required Skills:
- Good aesthetic & design sense
- Passionate about fashion & Clothing
- Basic Graphic design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Strong communication skill’s in English and Urdu.
Tech Savvy.
Nice To Have:
- A Degree in either Media Science, Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Designing, or a related field is not required but is nice to have.
- Video editing
- Prior experience as a designer or social media manager.
