Responsible for assisting in planning and conducting audit, proper documentation and coordination to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Work with department personnel in accomplishing the completion of the annual audit plan.
Perform or direct the performance of an annual risk assessment to be used in the development of the annual audit plan.
Conduct the audit of revenue, expenditures of the company to determine arithmetical accuracy, compliance with regulations and ensuring safeguard of assets.
Conduct the physical verification of inventory, fixed assets and surprise cash counts of cash counters.
Ensure documentation of audit working papers and maintain record of all departmental documentation.
Ensure the completion of the audit.
Review and evaluate the effectiveness of the company internal controls.
Assist in inspecting company policies and procedures and local laws and regulations.
Assist in devising and implementing new audit policies and directives.
To be proactive and creative in departmental management and staff’s professional development.
Maintain confidentiality of company’s information.
