We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage and enhance our customer relationship management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and experience in using CRM software to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, preparing regular updates for management.
Assist in the design and execution of customer loyalty programs and campaigns.
Provide training and support to team members on CRM tools and best practices.
Handle customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
