We are a leading provider of domestic and commercial LPG cylinders in the PWD area of Islamabad. With a commitment to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a trusted supplier in the region.

We are currently seeking a skilled Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and promptly.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and forecasts as required.
Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
Monitor and manage inventory records.
Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
Collaborate with the management team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably in the retail or supply industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Schedule:

Part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week.
Flexible schedule, with the possibility of additional hours during peak times or as needed.
