We are a leading provider of domestic and commercial LPG cylinders in the PWD area of Islamabad. With a commitment to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a trusted supplier in the region.
We are currently seeking a skilled Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and promptly.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and forecasts as required.
- Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
- Monitor and manage inventory records.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably in the retail or supply industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Schedule:
- Part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule, with the possibility of additional hours during peak times or as needed.
