Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate inbound calls.
Assess communication, adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback and track performance.
Collaborate on training and process improvements.
Produce weekly/monthly reports.
Listening up to 400 calls per day.

Qualifications:

1 year of quality control experience in a contact center.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in call monitoring tools and Excel.
Bonus: Taxi industry knowledge.
