Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the delivery of HR services to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Lead and develop a team of 10 HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Address employee relations issues effectively, providing support and guidance to team members on conflict resolution and policy adherence.
Analyze HR data metrics to derive actionable insights that improve employee engagement and departmental efficiencies.
Implement and maintain efficient HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and employee training.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure transparency and consistency across the organization.
Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and implement development initiatives.
Utilize HRIS and document management systems to streamline HR operations and facilitate better decision-making.
Ensure that all HR activities align with compliance management systems to meet regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.
Promote a positive organizational culture and proactively address employee satisfaction and retention strategies.
