Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for training programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including trainers and administrative personnel.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and support for professional development.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Program Development and Delivery:

Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and update training programs.
Ensure that courses are delivered effectively and meet the needs of students and industry requirements.
Monitor student progress and satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch's reach and profitability.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders.
Develop marketing strategies to promote training programs and enhance the institute’s reputation.

Financial Management:

Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure timely billing and collection of fees from students and corporate clients.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on branch performance, including student enrollment, course completion rates, and financial performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on performance data.
