The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the IT training institute branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs, managing staff, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT education, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for developing talent in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including trainers and administrative personnel.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and support for professional development.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Program Development and Delivery:

  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and update training programs.
  • Ensure that courses are delivered effectively and meet the needs of students and industry requirements.
  • Monitor student progress and satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch's reach and profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote training programs and enhance the institute’s reputation.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely billing and collection of fees from students and corporate clients.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on branch performance, including student enrollment, course completion rates, and financial performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on performance data.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
