Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- You need to be good at English, both speaking and writing.
- You should be friendly and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- It's important to be a good problem-solver and pay attention to details.
- You should care about customers and be willing to go the extra mile.
- Any previous customer service experience is a bonus.
