Key Responsibilities:

  • Help Amazon and eBay customers with their questions and problems using phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with orders, tracking, and returns.
  • Work with our team to solve more complicated customer issues.
  • Keep customer records up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  • You need to be good at English, both speaking and writing.
  • You should be friendly and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • It's important to be a good problem-solver and pay attention to details.
  • You should care about customers and be willing to go the extra mile.
  • Any previous customer service experience is a bonus.
