Through knowledge and understanding of current and alternative approaches and methodologies in addressing Social Issues into Projects and in various financing modalities in non-sovereign operations and as a Social & Environment Safeguard and Resettlement Expert demonstrated professional abilities and capabilities for performing a leading role to implement social and environmental safeguard plans. 
Closely worked with engineering team to conduct in-depth reviews to assess the extent of land and non-land based impacts for Projects. Preparation, implementing and monitoring social and environment safeguard documents including Land Acquisition and Resettlement Plan (LARP) of different Projects. Implemented Asian Development Bank and the World Bank safeguards policies at mega development projects of Barrages and Canals in Pakistan like Sulemanki Barrage & Pakpattan Canals Improvement Project, Trimmu & Punjnad Barrage Improvement Project, Inflatable Rubbar Dam Project at Sutlaj River, Islam Barrage Improvement Project. Contributing to Gender and Risk Management policy formulation, its implementation and its monitoring & evaluation, technical and professional assistance for Gender-focused capacity building of the faculties of Education Colleges and the staff of District Government, preparation of learner centered and Gender-Sensitive Teaching and Learning Material, Monitoring and Evaluation of the district project activities through monitoring tools, Planning, implement of digital development program in Punjab. Established infrastructure for digital inclusion in the system, conducted research and training of teachers and students on digital developments, provide internet and computer systems in the teacher training colleges for teacher and students.
