 Responsible for generating new business opportunities from company HR & Marketing departments and following those up on timely basis to mature the client & also involved in after sales services.
 Continuously seek to build strong relationships with current and potential clients in order to secure ongoing business with them.
 Increase the customer experience by providing information on new products, rate plans, and services.
 Define the business development strategies and implement it in the system.
 Deliver quality services and build client satisfaction and loyalty.
 Provide effective and timely resolution of a range of customer inquiries.
 Effectively communicate with clients by use of all available media, such as telephone, email, face to face meetings etc.
