I have been working with different local and international NGOs for the last 10 years in different community development and relief projects. Currently, I am working with Balochistan Education Foundation. BEF is apex body of the Government of Balochistan. BEF has implementing a World Bank funded project on primary education in Balochistan and now is responsible for regiatration and regulation of private educational institutions in balochistan. The nature of my job is to Provide leadership to all the program components of community development and frequently visiting community and private schools established under BESP throughout the province, assess partnerships performance in community mobilization activities amp provide on site support to community school teachers, private school operators, Parents Education Committees and at large the communities we work with. As a person I can work in a multi culture organization and can easily manage a large number of staff members. Working in tough conditions and traveling throughout the province is an easy task for me. Moreover, I also have a plus point of speaking all local language of the province which has contributed a lot in making my work easier.
