Main duties
• Liaison with communities, Pos, Government and public representatives
• Training for LSOs and LGRDD staff
• Impact assessment of Rural Housing Programme
• Assessment of UN-HABITAT funded Partner organization’s program support needs
• Discussion with UN-Habitat, and PO personnel to determine the appropriate ways and means of support;
• Drafting of work plans defining support activities
• Provision of social mobilization advice and support in accordance with work plans
• Training for the POs staff
• Weekly situation reporting to UN-HABITAT on progress versus targets, emergent issues, lessons learned
• Weekly consultation with PO personnel to assess progress and to make necessary adjustments to plans; Monthly meeting with UN-HABITAT Focal persons to assess the programme and provide feedback to support teams and Partner Organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing (field planning field priorities) the Social Mobilizer to support the affected population in improving their health and Re-construction status and organize Training and activities on the field to aware the community members on different subjects.
• Ensuring that the content of the training are transferred in the community
• .To ensures a good integration (cultural, behavioral) of all the social Mobilizer in the community.
• To ensure the relevance and the impartiality of the Micro projects Model houses implementation
