Daily processing of attendance & maintain attendance management of all employees. Ensure personnel attendance is maintained accurately and up to date according to shifts. Maintain daily strength report for all the employees Daily remove all continue absent employees from HRMS Handle all the matters related to the leaves & attendance of the employees. Maintain & send daily costing of factory. Finalize company advance sheets and put in HRMS. Verification of attendance registers of selective departments of factory end of month Making Sunday / Gazette allowance & meal allowances as per policy put in HRMS. Put income tax, loan deduction in HRMS. Making Late Adjustment report at end of the month as per policy. Working on strength locking providing man power on the specific area where required as per department layout Maintain Promotion, demotion & change designation summaries on monthly basis. Conduct Orientation sessions for newly inducted Staff. Make summary & arrange performance evaluation for management & Trainees on quarterly basis. Conducting exit interviews for employees and maintain summary of exit interviews. Listening to employees grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures, if necessary after consultation with HR Manager. Review & checking of incentives. Review Salaries & Processing payroll.. Manage Employee full & final settlements. Ensure timely processing & Finalization of monthly payroll & coordinate with accounts & internal audit department to clear all issues related to payroll Advise management on sound practices in different areas of Human Resource Management. Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the Corporate Head of HR Proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel, Visio & Power Point).
•Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance. •Managing workplace safety issues. •Training new or existing employees. •Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees. •Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc. •Conducting various welfare activities. •Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management. •Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality. •Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities. •Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee. •Resolving grievances or queries of the employees •Preparing letters such as offer confirmation and experience. •Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the policy. •Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
