Recruitment and Selection:Coordinate and support all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, ensuring good HR practice and transparency are adhered.Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department.Ensuring that all Personal information is accurately maintain by HR staff.Compensation & Benifits:Attendance, Time-management, Payroll processing & finalizing.Review salary against attendance of employees and ensure applicable leaves, deductions and additions are reflected.Review salary in accordance with approved salary scale & benefits, ensure all allowances are accurate and reflected..Policy and Advice:Advice and support Line Managers and employees on HR policies and best people management practices including appraisal, staff development, discipline, and absence under policies and legal requirements.Ensure appraisals are done and proper records are available in hard and soft copies.Ensure that HR policies and procedures are communicated to all staff and complied with.HR Systems and procedures:Ensure the maintenance of an effective reporting system.Maintain an effective HR database and filing system, with proper files maintained for each employees, both manually and electronically while maintaining confidentiality.Ensure appraisals are done and proper records are available in hard and soft copies.Ensure that general policies and procedures are communicated to all employees and complied with.Training & Development:With the support of the Department Heads, identify the training needs and contribute to the establishing a training plan based on needs and available resources.Supervise all training & development activities (make sure all trainings must be done as per training calendar) like workers Literate program, PACE (Personal Advancement Career Enhancement program for women)
• Training new or existing employees.
• Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees.
• Update records statutory obligations - taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.
• Preparation of salary payroll and handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
• Conducting various welfare activities.
• Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
• Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
• Resolving grievances or queries of the employees
• Preparing letters such as offer confirmation and experience.
• Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
• Proficient at MS Office (especially in Excel, Visio & Power Point).
Maintain leave managment as per policy on HRMS.
Ensure that attendance is maintained accurately and up to date according to shifts.
Maintain daily strength report for all the employees.
Setting up attendance throw daily absent reports & Irregular reports
Maintain daily costing of factory.
Working on strength locking providing man power on the specific area where required as per department layout
Maintain all employment related documentation inc. hiring, payroll and termination
Conduct Orientation sessions for newly inducted Staff at production units.
Monthly payroll, annual appraisal, preparing reports and employee letters
Listening to employees grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures, if necessary after consultation with the Corporate HR team.
Handle all the matters related to the Leave & Attendance of the employees.
Process the Confirmations & Salary Reviews timely.
Handle all the activities related to the employees’ separation.
Manage Employee Loan & Advance cases.
Handle all the matters related to the Government Agencies i.e. EOBI, SESSI, Labour Department e.t.c.
Manage Employee full & final cases
Assist A.M HR in processing of monthly payroll.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the Head of HR.
