• To ensure comprehensive monitoring framework with this aim to provide support to the implementation team on regular basis AF Monitoring officer will be based in each district. The summary of monitoring responsibilities of MO at district level may include but not remain limited to the following:
• 1. Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in view of the different field activities and devise tools to develop monitoring reports;
• 2. Suggest corrective measures on the basis of observing any deviance from the original plan;
• 3. Undertake surprise visits to field areas involving core staff, key specialists and coordinators;
• 4. Ensure enumerators are being shadowed by Supervisor on regular basis;
