Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP) has been designed in light of the World’s best practices for improvement of WASH sector in rural areas which is to ensure that villages are converted into a better and hygienic living place, having better life standard and improved civic amenities. The goal of the PRSWSSP is to improve sanitation condition, provide clean drinking water, improve living conditions through solid waste management, behavior change and capacity building for the sustainability of the project in rural settlements of Punjab.
The PRSWSSP aims at generating integrated benefits with the provision of safe drinking water to improve health and education with significant impact on poverty reduction, gender development, environmental improvement, and human resource development in the service areas.
·        Extend water supply, drainage, and sanitation, solid waste management coverage through a professional and demand-driven approach, to the villages that did not have access to organized water supply in rural Punjab
·        Strengthen newly constituted Tehsil Councils / Village Councils and build their capacity to manage rural water supply and sanitation schemes and improve related management functions
·        Implement a behavioral change and hygiene awareness program to help the beneficiaries in the selected villages to efficiently use, develop and maintain improved water and sanitation facilities, under the project

The Cluster Development Initiative (CDI) Project is to create an enabling environment for growth and prosperity of industries, to create better quality of life through economic uplift in Punjab and to up-grade technology and enhance productivity, quality and profitability of local industries. The lead on the implementation of the CDI for the Government of Punjab is with the Punjab Small Industries Cooperation (PSIC) as a government institution.

·        Build the support infrastructure that underpins collaborative industry activity
·        Address the comparative shortcomings i.e. costly factors of production, quality and delivery               inefficiencies, lack of demand driven export strategies.

National Institute of Banking & Finance (NIBAF) has been launched National Financial Literacy Program for Youth
(NFLP-Y) of country. Basic aim of program is to impart essential financial education to Pakistani youth and
school going children for strengthening of their money management skills and understanding of financial
matters. NFLP-Y is expected to serve as a medium to connect youth with financial institutions that offer banking
products and services with following objectives :
• To strengthen and improve money management knowledge, skills and behaviors among the youth.
• Inspire the youth to set financial goals through saving, budgeting and planning for their future.
• Educate the youth about their rights and responsibilities as consumers of financial services and products.

As a Research Associate Responsible for Coordinating, Consolidating and Ensuring Smooth Implementation plan of Community Mobilization & Education Program and Activities for the provision of safe drinking water solutions to the prioritized unserved /underserved rural & peri urban areas of the province. Improving O & M and delivery of services through Community Organizational support along with financial & technical backstopping by the PSPC.

As a Field Coordinator Responsible for Coordinating, Consolidating and Ensuring Smooth Implementation of Project “Advocating the young people for Sexual Reproductive Health Rights in Pakistan” at the Regional /District level. The Field Coordinator involve young boys, girls and community members including Parents, Teachers, Religious/Political Persons and District Govt. Officials like Health, Education and Law Enforcement Agencies in the Project Activities.

As a Senior Field Consultant in LRMIS/ITS-BPO based in (Phase-3, Lot-1) Bhakkar, Mianwali, Khushab & Attock Districts of Province Punjab to Coordinate & Consult with the District Administration to enhance the Quality Assurance in Verification Process of Land Records to be Computerized in phases to meet the Targets/Achievements as per given time lines by the PMU-Board of Revenue Government of Punjab.

Ø  As a Focal Person at District having responsibility to Assist/Advise the Program Management Unit (PMU)/Concerned District Government/Lines Departments in Planning, Formulating, Implementing, Monitoring & Evaluating Project Interventions Pertaining to Gender issues.
Ø  To identify ways to involve local community in planning & implementation of project activities.
Ø  To develop Cooperation & Coordination between lines Departments and NGOs/ CSOs.
Ø  Preparation & Submission of Monthly/Quarterly/ Annually progress reports to PMU as well as Concerned District Government/Lines Departments indicating the progress achieved Issues & Recommendation for future plans.
Ø  Scanning all the Development Projects /Schemes, Plans, Proposals and Budgets for ensuring adequate women friendly infrastructure provisions at the time of designing structures/ building plans.
