Coordination with buyers / buying house for fabric quality parameters, fabric development
Dealing all documentation works like PO raising, making suppliers' Payments, follow-up with transporter and getting material in-house
Developing fabric reference library.

Developing and maintain good business relationship with buyers and suppliers. Sample development, Price Negotiation for order placement with customer satisfaction, Order Confirmation,
Handling buyers and suppliers issues and complaints at every stage of consignment on high priority
Providing feedback and suggestions to improve products keeping in view customer's demands
Providing all details and order demands of buyers to suppliers and guided them on each stage as well
Inspecting all orders with QC personals to avoid any inconvenience
Ensuring all shipment formalities to send the consignment on time

Weekly reports and updates to managers and buyers.
