• Budget planning and monitoring;
• Support in forecasting and managing budget in consultation with project manager;
• Keeping the management informed of the issues which have some impact on organizational performance;
• Ensuring timely receiving of receipts and disbursement of funds to field offices;
• Monitor and support overall finance matters;
• Maintain proper record keeping of all projects;
• Oversee the financial audits of all the projects of the organization;
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system;
• Assist the Finance Manager in day to day operations;
• Prepare Tax deposit vouchers on monthly basis;
• Report to team leader and Accounts Manager of MIED on final financial report and activities of the project;
• Develop a transparent and updated Finance System in order to facilitate MIED programmatic activities;
• Reporting to the donor agency as per requirements;
• Facilitate in Administrative matters;
• Check inventory record and transportation-related documents on monthly basis;
• Liaise with donors as needed to track and follow-up on remittances and payments;
• Review petty cash expense and reports for accuracy and prepare cash book and petty cash book;
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports;
• Support MIED academic and support staff to follow the system of MIED Finance policy;
• Provide technical support and data to the internal and external auditors;
• Conducting Financial audit of MIED managed schools;
• Develop and maintain comprehensive and proper record keeping of students’ fee collection of MIED managed schools;
• Any other assignment is given by Project Manager.
