§ Represent HA across all stakeholders concerning Cash Assistance in district of operation, including donors, Social Welfare, DDMA and government stakeholders as needed

§ Assist Program Manager in overseeing monthly schedule including distribution, beneficiary and warehouse reporting and administrative / HR related deadlines
§ Coordinate and manage the reception and distribution of cash grant in an organized manner in the project district
§ Coordinate with distribution officers ahead of distributions to ensure staff are ready for receiving and disbursement of cash grant
§ Oversee and ensure the tracking mechanisms are in place and correctly being implemented by the staff in project area
§ Timely coordination with the relevant sections to ensure relevant requests are submitted well in time and ahead of planned disbursements
§ Timely coordination with Government to ensure government stakeholders are informed of intervention areas and intervention timelines
§ Coordinate with disbursement officers to ensure registration lists have been gathered from communities ahead of planned disbursements

1. Introduce the overall program concept, approach, methodology and SUCCESS Program components to have a long-term vision of the program.

7. Deliver capacity building session on CMST, LMST, CAT trainings as per the project guidelines and standard defined procedures set out in Project implementation manual of the project.
8. Ensure that the community organization identify beneficiaries as per need and criteria and guide social mobilization teams in preparing CIF and Grants proposals as per community needs and also ensure the proper utilization and record keeping at field level.
9. Supervise and monitor the CRPs and book keepers and facilitate communities in identification of right and eligible persons.
10. Facilitate communities in identification of infrastructure schemes and resolve community conflicts with support from line/district management.
11. Guide communities about the micro health insurance products, its benefits, health facilities and the process.
12. Follow the project document in performing program activity at any stage and ensuring the transparency in program implementation. And communicate timely the areas of risk associated with the program implementation.
13. Preparing monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual reports about social mobilization activities.
