Responsibilities(As Senior SALES EXECUTIVE to Director Marketing & Business Development )

Managing the work in given time frame up to the complete satisfaction of client strictly following the quality standards as per required by our client.
Managing the ways to reduce the cost of overall project without affecting the quality standards.
Managing the presentations for client and meetings to discuss the quality related issues at sites and their solutions.
Managing the Visits of all Companies.
Always offer discounted rates for old & new Clients.
Always offer Best Quotations in low Price to avail orders.
Manage overall Fans Production.
Arrange Delivery material to customers destinations.
Arrange Vehicles for transportation.
Load Material with 100 safety.
Email Vehicle details along with delivery challans to Valued Clients and Local Customer for Material unloading.
Prepare Invoice to Credit Clients and Correspondence till clear payment.
Alwayss try to maintain keep in touch with all valued customers to avail more business by sending Gift at the end of year / any occasion.
