Maintain coverage / productivity of outlets as per agreed policy.· Launch of new products and brands in existing and new territories.· Regular field visits to find out the gaps in brand / SKU availability and merchandising and ensuring corrective measure to improve the situation.· Ensure OBs follow visit schedules / permanent journey plans (PJPs).· Monitored daily sales achievement (volume/ value) against targets, primaries vs secondaries & distributor’s ROI.· Ensure merchandising improve the availability/ visibility of all SKUs.· Monitor and execute Service Level Agreements with concerned distributors.· Ensure distributors refrain from discounting from their commission and prevent cut rates in the market place· Ensure that distributors carry the agreed level of stocks of all SKUs. Further, ensure sufficient stock is available to support planned promotional activities.· Ensure FIFO is followed both at trade and distributors to prevent stocks getting outdated & damaged.· Monitor distributors’ stocks return ratio and align it with agreed ratio.· Plan and execute the agreed ratio between retail and wholesale.· Aggressively drove growth in sales and profits while reducing expenses and controlling shrink.
