Mr. Shah is a Development activist with vast experience in the field of Nutrition, Public Health Programs and Hospital Management Services, he is Master in Rural Development Studies from University of Sindh Jamshoro.
In addition, he has an extensive experience of work with national, International & UN - Organizations in rural/ urban areas on Public health programs, Family Planning and reproductive health, Nutrition, Primary Health Care Services Projects and he have excellent experience of large scale project operations, Hospital Management, Project Management, Health Communication, Training, Advocacy and Social Mobilization. And vast experienced to maintained Field Implementation plan ‘DIP’, Annual budgets, inventory management, fleet management and day to day operational issues of the program.
Moreover, Mr. Shah has a proven track record of liaising with public departments at district & regional level, managing health units and health care programs both at Health Unit levels and at community levels through community led health behavior change, communication and advocacy program to bring about comprehensive health outcomes. He has expert level of understanding of managing operations and providing administrative support to achieve high level performance. Mr. shah aspiring for a challenging role to work in more competitive, complex environment to achieve its full potential and professional growth and contribute in the development and reputation of the organization.
• Oversee project related operations and provide support to district/ field teams.
• Establish liaising with government health officials and project partners at regional and district level.
• Ensure timely Implementation of ‘DIP’ at field level and regularly review activity progress and provide support accordingly.
• Facilitate to internal and external visitors during project visits at field.
• Organize quarterly/ monthly coordination meeting with government officials at district and regional level.
• Ensure timely supplies at selected Primary Care health facilities.
• To ensure quality of health services at PCP centres.
• Present weekly/ monthly project performance with line managers and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate project indicators and day to day performance of project activities.
• Identify implementation Gaps/ weaknesses in project activities and provide actively support to resolve.
• Review and finalize project annual budgets and procurement plan.
• Manager Operation will improve mobilization in the locality, improve demand generation.
• Strengthen the quality of Health services especially Family planning services.
• Organize training to build capacity of Health Care Providers on family planning services.

• Provide technical and logistic support to LHW’s program to strengthen the project indicators.

Primarily responsible for ensuring the execution of Health Services operations, including Network and Training, in order to achieve donor deliverable.
•Planning, implementing, controlling and monitoring the operations of all FPRH-MSS projects in the region, according to standard business format.
•Working closely with Project/Clinic managers to supervise smooth functioning of all MSS operations in the region that mainly include clinics, camps, Private Provider’s clinics and outreach mobile units.
•Supervising and developing teamwork among the regional staff through exemplary leadership, guidance, and control and ensuring personal development of members.
•Updating the Operations Director on project activities and performance.
•Contributing to gender policy formulation, its implementation, monitoring & evaluation.
•To empower rural women by enhancing their self-reliance and business skills.
•Enable rural women in target rural areas to become economically and socially empowered.
•Employment creation for approximately 3750-00 rural destitute women.
•Engage local women in maintenance of rural earthen roads and community infrastructures (up to 750 km).
•Provide life skills training to participants, strengthen capacity of local government institutions at the local and districts levels and sensitize those regarding gender and development issues.
•Developed Districts Health Communication Plan for Expended Program on Immunization, Polio campaign & vertical programs e.g. HIV/AIDS, Malaria & tuberculosis.
•Arranged District Polio Eradication Committee Meetings District Polio Eradication Committee (DPEC).
•Conduct United Nations Clusters Surveys arranged by WHO.
•Conduct Market Survey arranged by WHO.
•Monitor Polio campaign and conducted clusters and random sampling in district Jamshoro, Mirpurkhas, T. A-Yaar & Sanghar.
•Day to day monitoring on Routine program on Immunization activities and vertical programs activities within the districts.

•Performed as an external monitor during polio campaign in different district of Sindh by WHO.
