I am an experienced professional with a background in business administration and accounting. I hold an MBA degree and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from Alfa Beta College in Sydney, Australia. Over the past eleven years, I have worked in various community development projects, with a particular focus on program management and coordination.
I have served as a Program Manager at The Aman Foundation, a leading healthcare service provider. In this role, I worked closely with government partners, overseeing advocacy efforts, operations, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation. I have a strong skill set in project management, administration, and conducting need-based surveys.
During my tenure, I played a key role in the development of Policy Commission 1 (PC1) for the Lady Health Worker (LHW) Program. I incorporated innovative ideas into the PC1 for the LHW Program in Sindh in 2016. Additionally, I have extensive experience in drafting project reports, proposals, concept notes, and briefs highlighting project achievements. I also developed Info graphics for regular dissemination among consortium partners to ensure they were kept informed and updated.
Due to my expertise and contribution, I was nominated as the focal point by the LHW Program Sindh to scale up the First Dose of Injection initiative throughout the entire province. I successfully implemented and initiated this preliminary exercise in three towns of Karachi, where I managed the upgrading of health facilities and the operationalization of government vehicles to support the initiative.
Overall, I bring a wealth of experience in Program Management, Disaster Management, Administration, and Coordination, along with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative projects in the development sector.
