I am here to perform HR related work which include:
• Answer employee questions
• Process incoming mail
• Create and distributing documents i.e. Experience Letter, Joining Letter etc
• Provide customer service to organization employees
• Serve as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators
• Maintain computer system by updating and entering data
• Set appointments and arranging meetings
• Maintain calendars of HR management team
• Compile reports and enter data on excel.
• Participate in recruitment efforts
• Post job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
• Schedule job interviews and assisting in interview process
• Involve in onboarding of apprentices and trainee engineers
• Collect employment information
• Ensure background and reference checks are completed
• Prepare new employee files
• Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
• Provide Orientation new employees to the organization
• Administer new employment assessments
• Serve as a point person for all new employee questions
• Maintain all the records in Excel sheet
I did two months internship in PTCL.
My duties include:
# Managing employees files
# Data entry
# Organize HR events etc
# Microsoft excel related work.
# Other minor tasks assigned by my supervisor.
