o   Lead consultant for establishment of Communications Strategy for UN Women’s development cooperation for the newly merged districts of KP province,
o   Lead consultant for the United Nations (World Health Organization) for producing and designing their Pakistan wide annual report for 2018,
o   Lead consultant for for Mid Term Evaluation of European Union funded national project ‘Democratic Local Governance for Development in Pakistan’ by Fridrich Naumann Foundation,
o   Lead consultant for policy discourse for differently abled women in southern Punjab with the United Nations (International Labour Organization),  
o   Lead consultant for Youth Employment policy discourse in Gilgit-Baltistan (and in Islamabad) with United Nations,  
o   Lead consultant for establishment of social mobilization strategy and monitoring & evaluation framework for DFID funded consortium working on girls’ education and livelihoods in Balochistan,
o   Lead trainer for the same DFID funded consortium where I delivered Social Mobilization training (4 days) for consortium staff,  
o   Lead facilitator for Strategic planning of newly established SIYB Association of Pakistan (has all leading universities and Higher Education Commission as members) with the United Nations,  
o   Lead consultant for resource mobilization for SSDO (an Islamabad based national NGO) working on Right to Information in Pakistan,
o   Co facilitator for 3 days strategic planning workshop of southern Punjab based Youth Employment Network (held in Islamabad) funded by an international NGO called VSO,
o   Co facilitator for Training to mainstream Gender in statistical processes with Statistics Division of Pakistan, held in Islamabad with the United Nations,    
o   Co facilitator for stakeholders’ consultation workshop, held in Islamabad, for an international project on child labour (part of which will be implemented by United Nations in Pakistan),
o   Lead trainer for the Training on Micro Enterprise Development for professional staff from 8 NGOs of Balochistan funded by Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund,  
o   Consultant for project designing for gender sensitization of agricultural and fishery workers in Sindh with the United Nations,  
o   In pipeline: 1.) Lead consultant for establishment of Social Innovation Hub for Oxfam GB’s partners in Punjab and Sindh, 2.) Lead Consultant for HDF’s Final Evaluation, 
Various smaller assignments with different national level civil society organizations. 

In my most recent appointment, i am working to uplift international labour standards (ILS) in the textiles and leather sectors in Pakistan. This is a European Union funded project spread over 6 years (2017 - 2022).

I translated the third generation of Pakistan's Decent Work Programme.

This was focused work on gender equality with government departments, trade unions, NGOs, media, corporate firms/employers and academia, throughout Pakistan. The project was called Gender Equality for Decent Employment and was funded by CANADA (previously CIDA). I undertook new partner identification, facilitated proposal shortlisting, contract management and partner budget management, monitoring and training. Communications and public speaking remained part of my portfolio during these 7 years. I also learnt lot of aspects of internal working of the United Nations in Pakistan while maintaing close contacts with different UN agencies. Supervised many researches both administratively while providing technical input as well. Themese covered during this time were enterprise development, TVET, workers' rights, international labour standards and others. Monitoirng and Evalution were my focused work here in all provinces and special areas of the country. 

Concern is an Irish NGO working in 150 countries. I rendered services for many years for both Sindh and Balochistan on regular development programming as well as relief and rehabilitation, even managing 10 to 12 projects and initiatives at one time. A lot of of my work focused on child protection, child labour, education, enterprise development, TVET, gender equality, infrastructure in regular programming. During emergencies and disasters, i conducted needs assessments, designed projects, facilitated relief package designs and procurement, camp management and distribution. In all the roles i undertook monitoring and training of partners. During this time i also conducted formal, full fledge evaluation and baseline researches at end and start of current/new projects. Regular partnership management remained one of my strong points during this time.
