I have 15 years working experience in the social development sector, especially focused on Project Management related to Education, Community mobilisation and empowerment, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction/ Community-based Disaster Risk Management (DRR/CBDRM), Human Rights, Child Protection, Gender equity/sensitization/transformation, and Policy advocacy, with various national and international organizations in Pakistan Conseil Sant, Concern Worldwide, Community World Services, World Vision, International Rescue Committee, HANDS, National Commission for Human Development (NCHD), Civil Society Support Programme (CSSP), and Sindh Rural Partners Organization (SRPO). Project Implementation, Community Mobilization, Womens Development and Capacity Development, Policy Advocacy and Human Health Nutrition awareness are my particular areas of interest.
Community-based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) Surge Project. Prepared and strengthened Provincial government health facilities for the inevitable increase in undernutrition caseloads downstream of future disasters and emergencies. Provided strategic input and capacity building support to NGO implementing partners on the CMAM Surge approach and programming; also to the target communities themselves, to bolster their response to emergences. Worked closely with UNICEF and WFP, IYCF and other nutrition interventions (ECHO-funded)

To manage training on Gender sensitization, fundamentals rights, constitution of Pakistan and provision of pro-women laws to District Bar Association members(Lawyers)and orientations of the project staff.

Undertake training need assessment of children, youth, faith leaders, CBOs, community members and Community Hope Action Teams (CHATs) and other stakeholders
• Design training material/manuals and conduct trainings in close coordination with project coordinator and other relevant staff
• Design and implement training follow up mechanism and ensure need based support and guidance to the children, youth, faith leaders and community members and other beneficiaries
