Conduct training on DRR/CCA for staff and communities 
To conduct baseline for DRR and Enviormental projects and share report with donors  
Organize and conduct staff training on Women NIC and Voter Registration Campaign (WNVRC) for District Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad and Torghar
Strong coordination with ECP and NADRA for arranging MRVs in all target districts and supporting women at NRCs
Organizing Advocacy Seminars, Public Forums, District Conventions on WNWRC in all target districts
Compile monthly, quarterly, project completion reports, research reports  and submit to donor (TDEA)
Monitoring field visits and support team in meeting the targets well in time and to provide feedback and corrective measures
Maintain soft record of all data on PMIS and GMIS
Organize advocacy strategy and tools for Advocacy for Electoral Reforms
Meetings with different political parties, MPAs, MNAs and Senators and record their suggestion for electoral reforms

Take Lead in conducting TNA and preparation of Capacity Building Plan for the targeted communities, Government Officials, Education department and the civil society networks
Roll out capacity building plan by designing and conducting training workshops in collaboration with Training Coordinator Islamabad and Project Manager as per project timelines and requirements
Take Lead and Support Project Manager and Training Coordinator Islamabad in Developing /Adapting modules for Master Trainers, Teachers Trainings, community Trainings as per capacity building component of the project
Conduct advanced training programmes for Village Disaster Management Committees (VDMCs) covering Hazard, Vulnerability and Capacity assessment (HVCA); Child Centered DRR, Child Protection, life Skills and safety measures.
Conduct Training programmes for teachers on CCDRR, School Safety, Risk and Resource Mapping and DRR planning
Develop training reports and share with Project Manager.
Map out IEC materials available in the region to be replicated, adapted and utilized in various awareness raising activities in the project
Maintain trainings records and develop data base of trained participants in both soft and hard forms
Provide regular and follow up support to training officers for community trainings and sessions related activities
Close coordination with district government, line departments, DDMA and PDMA.

Liaise with Elected Members( MNAs, MPAs, District Nazim, UC Nazim, Naib Nazim and Councilors including information, provision, coordination of meetings and training programme regarding mainstreaming DRR into its development agenda

Conduct ToT, Assist DRR Expert in conducting disasters assessments
Administration of all events i.e. trainings, seminars, coordination meetings etc.

Supervisory role:
Develop and implement strategies for community mobilization to ensure participation in training program.
Implement all the projects in line with their time & budget line.
Supervise the activities of vocational and enterprise development trainings ensuring that these are in line with the work plan.
Supervise the MAPs and Agricultural Projects being implemented in the Project intervention area.
In coordination with the Livelihoods Manager, develop individual work plans for livelihood mobilizes and ensure that proper processes are being followed during the implementation of the program
 
Coordination role
In coordination with the Agriculture Department, Forest Department & Training Officers, determine training needs and establish a strategy for the establishment of working groups
In close cooperation with the Agricultural Training Coordinators/ Officers design and conduct different surveys for the agricultural and MAPs projects.
Cooperate with the Agriculture Training Coordinators in the planning and implementation of Project Activities

Close coordination with Local Bodies Representatives for the identification nomination and selection of volunteers
Mobilization of Community members and local government officials in data planning and identification of volunteers
Organizing supports events, debate competitions and other events for the identification of volunteers at tehsil level.
Volunteerism development for community and MDGs.
Identification of UCCs and VVCs and their capacity building
Registration of UCCs and VVCs and organizing UC level Training of UCCs and VVCs.
Coordination with Line departments, UC level NCHD staff, elected representatives and the UC volunteers.

Identification of Substitute Teacher for all primary schools where needed & Mobilization of female councilors, health workers, and other active females in the UC for identification of Female UCCs and VVCs.
Organizing Volunteer acknowledgment ceremonies at the UC level form time to time.
Collection of reports from Volunteers on daily, weekly and monthly basis and compilation and sharing the same with the concerned ADPMV.
