Ensure that all capacity-building activities take place as per Cascading Model.
Prepare project and annual capacity building workplans for all key staff at the central and district levels to enable them to effectively provide services and support for the in their respective areas of responsibilities and monitor field staff capacity development plan at the project level
Assess and provide recommendations for strengthening training programs provided by the staff and resource persons to the target beneficiaries to ensure effectiveness and inclusiveness of the training
Devise innovative ways to encourage farmers’ knowledge exchange activities
Provide technical assistance and support to the producer units for designing capacity strengthening plans and carrying out capacity development activities for improved planning and impact assessmentDevelop, oversee and ensure the implementation and monitoring of the Social Inclusion and Gender Action Plan (GAP) at all levels in coordination with Coordinator Women EmpowermentOrganize and follow up on gender sensitivity training with project staff at central and district levels in partnership and in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and ensure that the project staff at all levels are actively engaged in GAP implementation and are gender sensitive
Ensure capacity development activities are implemented according to work plan and in line with budgetEnsure that all necessary requirements to ensure successful training sessions are prepared in a timely manner including material, equipment, venue and transportation in coordination with the Admin Officer.
Develop and adapt training materials and tools to monitor effectiveness of trainings, including pre and post-testsWhen needed, work on updating training material, modules and tools, develop facilitation guides.
Design, develop, implement and monitor capacity development assessmentsEnsure proper documentation of all training and capacity building session, keep track of the attendance sheets, training reports, training tracker and fill in the training database for training
Conduct baseline surveys/assessments.

Coordinate and mobilize communities on conducting focus group discussions in the target areas.

Conduct research/assessment onHygiene Management.

Conduct awareness sessions/walks in girls’ schools/colleges/Maddarsas.

Social Mobilizer will form a health management committee from the community for each BHU to take ownership and management at the local level for the facilities.

Social Mobilizer will ensure active community support for the project activities and ownership.

Develop strong relationships with the community and engage Diverse Organizations, Community Leaders, and residents of the intervention areas.

Lead the formation of Primary Groups, CMAM Clubs and VMC Committees in the community.

Reporting the progress on a regular basis

Launch and disseminateImmunization campaigns in the targeted areas.

Ensure close coordination with the technical team and provide support in the implementation of project activities.

Identify beneficiaries for and document success stories/case studies/ human interest stories.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for loading/unloading of commodities from warehouse to Regional Offices and distribution points. He will also be responsible for physical inventory and record keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
 To supervise the commodities/goods loading/unloading that includes relief supplies of any kind.
To maintain all official and original records of the commodities/goods for audit and reporting purposes.
 Maintain and improve systems, which are required for standard storage practices, and reporting on community/partners receipt, movement, usage and loss.
 To maintain appropriate tracking systems for commodities/goods including warehouse physical inventories
 To ensure security and safety requirements of the warehouse and commodities stored are in place.
 To be responsible for all the utilities bills of warehouse make payment arrangements for the labors
Labors and time arrangements as per the allocation plan provided by the Program staff
 To provide receipt and issuance report on daily base i.e. Good Received Note and Good Delivery Note
Manage fleet of vehicles and ensure vehicle movement plans for field and TDY staff.
Check vehicles fitness and initiate timely and necessary repair and maintenance of vehicles
 To perform certain duties designated by the Management if and when need arises.

Key Working Relationships:
Internal:Admin and HR Manager, Warehouse and Logistics officer , Senior Procurement Officer Islamabad Office & Program Manager Sindh Sub Office.
Provide assistance to Project Manager for smooth functioning of Admin functions
Effective assistance in office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up vendor meetings (when needed)
Making travel arrangements
Maintaining the record of staff attendance & timesheets
Coordinate with Insurance Service Provider for staff insurance enrollment
Updating office Asset record and share monthly reports with Administrative Officer
Scanning and recording of administrative documents / files
Ensuring effective filing system, inventory-tagging, stock registers and office equipment
Provide assistance in organizing workshops, seminars, official functions
Perform day to day admin functions, supervision of support staff
Any other task assigned by the Line Manager
