Managing a team of logistics operations to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of shipments
at PORT QASIM warehouse.
 Supervising offloading and loading activities in warehouse.
 Ensures proper packing, marking, labeling, weight and dimensions of cargo.
 Participates in the selection of carriers, considering cost, lead-time, capacity, plant and customer
schedules, and warehouse constraints
 Ensures compliance with shipping instructions to final destination; supervises and creates

 Obtains import and export permits and licenses; whenever necessary.
 Checks products in Dangerous Goods Manual to confirm they are dangerous and assign the
proper United Nations number.
 Ensures compliance of the logistics organization with policies, procedures and local laws, and
global logistics guidelines.

Research and re-engineering of Business Process for Brand Management, merchandize
 Management, Supply Chain and Logistics Team.
 Establish stock norms for VMI customers and plan replenishment of stock accordingly
 3PL Partner Induction to business in UAE & PAKISTAN to improve overall timeline of product
delivery to retail stores and customers.
 Implementation of RETAIL Pro POS system across all the 90+ retail stores in GCC region Coordinate with auditors for logistics related queries, with accounting firms for bookkeeping.
 Establishing quality control programs with goal of introducing and driving efficiency, cycle-time reduction & cost control in the product return/ reverse logistics network.
 Process and execute all stock transfers between main warehouse, sub warehouses and retail stores
of ems in Pakistan & UAE.
 Manage all expenses associated with the product return operations.
 Ensure accurate and in-time sales booking in SAP and Oracle system.

 Train newly recruited staff.
 To plan, manage, administer and monitor of all pre delivery arrangements for the import and
export shipments.
 Continuously measure & control warehouse, transport and documentation activities to ensure
timelines and service levels are met.
 Liaising with transporter for the placement of vehicles according to the need of cargo.
- Internal and External Coordination
Facilitate and expedite communication between clients, carriers, handling agents, suppliers,
and internal department.
- Billing and Accounting
Ensures SOP’s & Quotations are stored in a central location & up to date billing is completed as
per Agility’s defined KPI’s.
- Enquiries and Quotes
Demonstrates ability to prepare quotes, working sheet and negotiations with suppliers.
