• Develop plans to maximize efficiency in the channel and grow business volume
• Responsible for product planning related strategies
• Planning/designing of campaigns to get desired business uptake
• Build Competition & Channel Insights for Products and coordinate with relevant team to address critical issues
• Working closely with all the stakeholders for roadmap discussions and planning for product lines from within GSM (Recharge & FCA), Internet & Devices, FS, B2B and Site rollout.
• POC for external stakeholders – Circle Interface for planning, segement & marketing functions
• Conducting belt/cluster level analysis and preparing penetrative strategies for fulfilling circle business ambitions
• Responsible for New Product level initiatives and keep track of product update and performance
• Building and keeping track of Product Roadmap and Go-to-Market plans
• Evaluate expected challenges/risks and come up with mitigation strategy
• Keeping a close eye on customer, competitor and Channel insights for better product planning
• Providing performance business insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions
• Preparing product forecasts and tracking
• Develop mitigation techniques for risks and ensure target achivements.
• QOS analysis & future actions based on the outcome of analysis
• Campaign Planning, design and business case development & Post Analysis of campaigns and visibilty
• Analyze day to day performance of channels & suggesting required changes to effectively achieve the desired results / targets
• Closed coordination with BI team to get customer insignts and consumer treads
• Providing performance business insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions
