Furthermore, over 7 years of diverse range of professional experience in the field of Programme and field level. In response to drought emergency, I have been involved in different projects on Livelihood, Agriculture, Nutrition and Livestock/DRR since 2012.
Although, I have also attended numerous workshops/trainings on Programming for Infant and Young Child Feeding, DRR, Nutrition and Livelihoods (specific and sensitive).
Besides that, Conducted different surveys i.e. food security,PCVA, Household economic assessment surveys, Baseline and End line survey for cash based transfers projects and also Market assessment surveys etc.

Emergency Project in desert area of District Sanghar, to support the livestock dependancy ratio by providing animal compound feed and vaccination of large and small ruminants.
• To facilitate community mobilization, meetings and trainings during community led FSL cash activities activities;
• To support the Field teams in the verification of the beneficiaries to ensure the identification and selection of the most
vulnerable population;
• Coordinate with Agriculture department for linkage of VPCs with Government;
• Formation of farmer school for Agri based activities and modern methodologies for huge production;
• To work closely with managment and teams to follow up on implementation of planned community activities;
• To organize the community for the implementation of training, social mobilization activities and distributions;

The FSL Cash Field Officer is responsible for the implementation and follows up of the activities related to cash and vouchers modalities in EU-WINS Dadu

To facilitate community mobilization, meetings and trainings during community led FSL activities;
To work with community committees, line department and ACF Nutrition staff to ensure the identification and selection of the most vulnerable population and provide information to ensure accountability fairness and transparency during implementation of activities;
To work closely with community structures, appropriate line departments and ACF Nutrition staff to follow up on implementation of planned community activities, with the support from the Safety Nets and Vouchers Field Supervisor;
To participate in the training and education of beneficiaries according to the project requirements and in collaboration with the Capacity Building Team;
