• Assistance in the negotiations and finalization of the company’s Gas Transportation Agreements (GTA) with SNGPL and SSGC, Gas Sales Agreements (GSA) with the natural gas consumers, Term Sheets/Master Sales and Purchase Agreements (MSPA) with the LNG suppliers. Evaluation and identification of risks and liabilities to the company in the above Agreements in consultation with legal adviser of the company.
• Meeting with different LNG suppliers for evaluation of the procurement through them.
• Supporting the Financial team in the calculation of the price of Re-gasified LNG for the consumer, Compressed Natural Gas for the end consumer, and transportation tariff for the Transporter of RLNG as per the GTA.
• Comparison of Material and Energy content of different fuels for calculation of parity between the prices.
• Experience in negotiations of LNG sales contracts.
• Travelling to visit potential clients.
• Assisting the Sales and Marketing team in the development and planning of billing process and after-sales services of the company.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarize sales information
• Administering client data.
• Keeping track of the LNG price indexes and price trends of LNG, Brent Crude and Henry Hub.
• Maintaining and increasing sales of company, And reaching the targets and goals set for area.
• Allocating areas to sales representatives, and monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Reporting to managers Coordinate and supervise the annual audit process, and liaise with external auditors.
