Key Responsibilities:
• Faults management, monitoring and ticketing through various tools.
• Managing escalations to ensure that fault is rectified in accordance with NOC process.
• Providing site access / work order for up-gradation, maintenance and planned outage.
• Verify resolution and update the record for the network fault.
• Coordination with vendors to follow up the trouble ticket till its rectification.
• Documentation and managing office activities.
• Ensuring all NOC tools are working properly.
• End to end management of NOC operations.

• Accessing faults duration and providing new connection through Customer Relation Management (CRM) software.
• Administrating and supporting field teams for faults rectification.
• Resolving customer complaints regarding service issues.
• Office management, reporting and participating at various ongoing projects.
• Coordination with supervisor’s and field teams in providing required daily output.

• Monitoring in master control room (MCR).
• Controlling the audio and video consoles during TV shows.
