Initiatives Taken:

1. Proactively prepared a 2-year Performance Report based on sales data, the report helped pin-point why one of our marketing strategies was underperforming.
2. Volunteered to write the content for the company’s first retail catalog. At the CEO’s approval and direction, the process involved meeting with company-wide specialists in all of the company’s product lines (13 lines in total) and generating a documented record of every product line before moving on to the catalog content.
3. Voluntarily take minutes of meetings and ensure they are shared with every participating member.
4. Continuously analyze competitors’ business practices and maintain a documented record of best practices that my immediate supervisor can use for decision making.
5. Taught myself HTML over the weekends to better work on the Content Management System of the company’s retail website.
