I holds Bachelor's degree in Commerce and have experience of 12 years working with non-government National and International Humanitarian aid agencies including JHPIEGO MCHIP, Plan Pakistan, Merlin International, International Catholic Migration Commission (ICMC), Save the Children International, Church World Services, Rural Support Programmes Network (RSPN),National Rural Support Organization (NRSP),Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO),Aga Khan University, IDC, Silk Road Centre Islamabad, etc. My expertise includes in the arena of On Ground Project Management, Implementation, Operations and Report writing, communication and stakeholders engagement. I have successfully implemented various projects relating to Education, Health, Food Security, Environment and Human Rights in different parts of the country.
Moreover, I am dynamic and flexible team leader with in-depth technical experience in report writing and developing work plans for the project. I am very well equipped with communication, IT and coordination skills.

SRSO will collect a good quality socio-economic data of every household in Karachi in accordance with the standard procedures and NSER guidelines.I worked as an Area Coordinator to manage 200 surveyors/Enumerators team to manage,lead the project and team.
