Job Responsibilities
Maintaining daily attendances of the staff and compiled these attendances for the preparation of monthly Payroll.
Update master data of all employees in excel Sheets Company wise. Also maintain and update joiners and leavers report.
Prepare full and final settlements of the resigned and terminated employees.
Coordinate with Health Insurance Companys representative and update him with any addition or deletion of employee.
Meetings, Events and trainings coordination and its arrangements.
Prepare expense vouchers and Overtime claim form of employee.
Maintain and update leave forms and leave balances.
Prepare salary comparison reports as per requirement by the Management.
1. Supporting Assistant Manager HR and Payroll in all HR & Payroll related activities.
2. Short listing the resumes as per criteria, Screen them and scheduling interviews with the concerns department heads.
3. Prepare and maintain Vacant Position Report (VPR).
4. Give orientation to new comers about company policies and procedures.
5. Coordinate with different departments on hiring related issues.
6. Coordinate with Bank for salary account opening of new comers and handling complaints of employees regarding bank accounts.
7. Arrange training sessions for existing as well as new employees and also coordinate with internal and external trainers.
8. Updating JDs and hiring criteria of each and every designation.
9. Updating approved strength including on roll strength of factory and also maintain its revision history.
10. Keep personal files record and approvals record.
11. Assisting in monthly payroll operations and overtime calculation by following policies and procedures.
12. Coordinate with insurance company and employees regarding health insurance related documents.
13. Comprises in employee exit process and Full and Final Settlements etc.
